follow these steps carefully
1- make a line of 6 cam and name it as A and B
2- now open the compus of 3cm and make one arc from both the ends.TWO AT THE TOP AND TWO AT THE BOTTOM
3- now join those two arcs and see the line will be of 8cm
both the lines of 4cm
u can even take 8cm as A nd B but for that take the arc as 3cm
