With B as centre draw an arc, cutting previous arc.

Mark the intersecting point as C

With C as centre draw an arc with radius 4.5cm

With A as centre draw an arc with same radius.

Mark the intersecting point as D

Join D to C , A-C, B to C and A to C.

Thus ABCD is the required rhombus.

Other diagonal BD is 7cm.
