Steps :-
- First, draw a line segment LM of 6 cm.
- Next, take a protractor and keep it's mid-point on the point L and draw a ray measuring 90°.
- Then, take a compass and measure it as 8 cm and keep it's tip on the point M and draw an arc on the ray.
- Now, join the point M to the point where the arc and the ray meets. Name it as point K.
- Finally, the triangle is constructed.
Instruments used :-
- Ruler :- The ruler is used to draw the line segments of accurate measurements and the drawn lines should be correct and straight always.
- Protractor :- The protractor is used to draw the rays of accurate measurements of degrees. It's also used to measure the angles given.
- Compass :- The compass is used to draw the arcs of the accurate measurements as given in the question.
