STEPS OF CONSTRUCTION:-

1) Draw a circle of radius 3.2cm and center P.

2)Take a point M outside the circle and join PM. Draw the perpendicular bisector of PM cutting PM at O.

3)Taking OM as radius draw a dotted circle intersect the original circle at R and S.

4) Join MR and MS. These are the required Tangents
