Step-by-step explanation:

Given

Triangle ABC such that BC = 7 cm, ∠B = 75º

and AB + AC = 13

Construction

1. Draw a line BC of length 7 cm.

2. Using protector, construct a line BX making 75º with BC.

3. Mark a point C´ on BX where BC´ = 13 cm.

4. Draw the line CC´.

5. Using compass draw an arc with center C´ intersecting BC´ and CC´ at P´ and Q´. Draw a similar arc with the same radius at C intersecting CC´ at Q.

6. Measure distance P´Q´ by compass and with Q as center, draw another arc intersecting the arc about C at P.

7. Draw a line passing through C and P intersecting BC´ at A.

This is the required triangle. A rough sketch of the construction is attached.
