Steps :
1) Draw BC
2)Taking B as a centre, draw an arc of 5 cm
3)Taking C as a centre, draw an arc of 5.4 cm
4)Mark the point of intersection of both the arcs as A

This is your required Δ

5)Taking B as a centre, cut an arc on both the sides of BC of around 3cm i. e. more than half of BC
6)Taking C as a centre, do the same so that earlier arcs on both the sides of BC intersect with these two arcs
7)Join the intersecting points
This is your required perpendicular bisector to BC
