2. Make angle LPQ = angle B = 60` and angle MQP = angle C = 90`
3. Bisect the angles LPQ and MQP. Let these bisectors intersect at A.
4. Draw perpendicular bisectors of line AP and AQ.
5.Let XY intersect PQ at B and RS intersect MQ at C.
6. Join AB and AC.
Thus , Triangle ABC is the required triangle. ☺
