Step of construction

1)Draw the base BC=5.6 cm and at point B make an angle ∠×BC=30∘

2)Cut the line segment  BD equal to 3cm from ray BX

3)Join CD and draw the perpendicular bisector, say PQ of CD

4)Let it intersect BX At a point A Join AC

The ABC is there quiredtriangle.

Answer:

1. Construct the line segment BC of length 5.6 cm.

2. At B, construct 60° with ruler and compass.

3. At C, construct 45° with ruler and compass.

4. Extend the line segment from C at 45°.

5. Draw the line segment from B. The point where it intersects on the previous line segment is A.

6. ABC is the required triangle.
