First draw a base line of 9 cm. Now from both points draw the given angles. Now draw the angle bisector of the given angles. The point where the angle bisectors meet is point A.now draw perpendicular lines of both side . Now , these perpendicular lines intersect with the base line. These points at B and C respectively. Now if u measure the triangle ABC. perimeter will be 9 cm and base angles will be 60° and 45° respectively. Hope it helps u. If u feel it's useful plz mark it as brainliest.

Hey friend,
Here is the answer you were looking for:
• Draw a line segment XY of 9cm.
• Draw an angle KXY of measure 45° and angle LYX of 60°.
• Draw an angle bisector of angle KXY and mark it as D.
• Draw another angle bisector of angle LYX and mark it as E.
• Produce both till the point C.
• Now draw a perpendicular bisector of line segment CX and mark it as G and I.
• Draw another perpendicular bisector of the line segment CY and mark it as H and J
• Mark the points A and B where both perpendicular bisector meets at the line XY.
• Join AC and AB.
ABC is the required triangle.
