• Draw a ray BX and cut off a line segment BC = 5cm from it.

• At B , construct ∠ XBY = 60°

• With B as center and radius = 7.5cm , draw an arc at meet BY at D.

• Join CD.

• Draw the perpendicular bisector of CD, by marking arc of length more than half of CD from both points C and D on both sides of it.

• This line will be intersecting BD at A .

• Join AC . Then , ABC is the required triangle .
