RATIO OF SIDES=2:3:4

SO,LET THE SIDES BE 2X,3X AND 4X

PERIMETER=SUM OF ALL SIDES
                        =2X+3X+4X
                        =14CM


2X+3X+4X=14

9X=14

X=14/9

2X=2*14/9=3.2


3X=3*14/9=4.6


4X=4*14/9=6.2

from the point x draw an Arc and number it 1 then from the number 1 draw an Arc and number two and draw 9 arc as in the figure
