Construct a triangle of sides 4cm, 4cm, 6cm. Then, construct a
triangle similar to it, whose sides are of the corresponding sides are 4/5 of the corresponding sides of the first triangle​

Answer:

  • First draw triangle ABC with given measurements.
  • Draw an acute ray AX.
  • Then put points on ray .such that AA1=A1À2=A2À3==A3A4=A4A5.
  • join A5 and B
  • using set square or protractor draw line A4B¹.
  • Draw a parallel line to BC i.e.B¹C¹.
  • AB¹C¹ is the required triangle
