Steps of this construction -

1) Draw a line equal to the perimeter given

2) Make half the angles given at both the ends of the lines ( For example of angles are given 90° and 60°, then draw 45° and 30° )

3) Extend lines from both the ends of the initial linear half the angles according to step 2).

4) The point where the extend lines of step 3) meet is one of the vertex of the triangle.

5) Now make perpendicular bisectors of both the lines made in step 3) from the end of the initial line to the vertex of the triangle we got in step 4)

6) now the points where the perpendicular bisectors of both the lines made in step 5) meet the initial line are the other 2 vertices of the triangle.

7) Join all the 3 vertices and your triangle is ready
