Construct a triangle with sides 6 cm, 8 cm and 10 cm. Construct another triangle whose sides are 3/5 of the corresponding sides of original triangle.

steps to constrution :-

• Draw a line segment AB = 10cm

• Using measures AC = 8cm and BC = 6 cm , draw a triangle .

• Now make an acute angle taking A as centre .

• Mark 5 points A1 , A2 , A3 , A4 and A5 , such that A1 = A2 = A3= A4 = A5 .

• Join A5B .

• Draw A3B' || A5B

• Draw B'C' || BC

• Hence , AB'C' is the required triangle .
