Step 4 : Draw angle bisector of 30°  & 90° and let them intersect at X

Step 5 : Draw perpendicular bisector of AX  & BX and let them intersect AB at Y  & Z

ΔXYZ is required triangle

∠Y = 30° & ∠Z = 90° and XY+YZ+ZX=11 cm
