I think this is really simple mate you just make the lines for your traingle as the measure given then find the mid point of base then draw a line with connecting the midpoint and the joints of other two lines

It’s easy
The steps are as follows
Sketch a line of 4cm. Name it xy
Now take x as the centre and 6cm as the radius and a draw an arc
Now take y as the centre and 3cm as the radius and draw an arc
The two arcs will intersect at a point. Name this point as z
Join xz and yz
This is the required triangle
Now take the mid points of all the sides of the triangle
Join these mid points to the respective opposite vertices
Therefore xyz is the required triangle with all its medians
