I will clearly tell you have to draw step by step..
1st step
Draw a line segment AB 4.5 cm
2nd step
Measure 135° and draw a ray X by taking point A as center.
3rd step
Measure 5 cm in compass and draw a arc passing through line X so that it cut at C.
Required ∆ABC is formed.
