Draw a line AC Of lengtg 11cm.
from point A, measure 8 Cm from the scale with your rounder and draw the arc.
From point C draw an arc of 5cm.
both the arc will cross each other in a point. mark it as B.
join AB & AC .

first draw the base AC then measuring 8 cm by the compass draw a line from point the from C measuring 5 cm cut it then you can get a point through which the lines cut each other. then draw lines from A and C to join the point
