Step-by-step explanation:

Given :-

Angle A = 100°

Angle B = 50°

AC = 6.6 cm

To find :-

Construct ∆ABC ?

Solution :-

Given that

Angle A = 100°

Angle B = 50°

AC = 6.6 cm

Rough diagram :-

See the attachment

Construction :-

See the attachment

Steps of Construction :-

→ Draw a line segment AC with 6.6 cm

→ Construct 100° at A and extend it to X as ray AX

→ Construct 30° at C and extend it to Y as ray CY

→ Name the intersecting point of AX and CY as B

This is the required ∆ABC .

Analysis :-

Given that

angle A = 100°

angle B = 50°

We know that

The sum of the three interior angles is equal to 180°

=> angle A + angle B + angle C = 180°

=> 100°+50°+ angle C = 180°

=> 150°+ angle C = 180°

=> angle C = 180°-150°

=> angle C = 30°

Used formulae:-

→ Angle Sum Property:-

The sum of the three interior angles in a triangle is 180°

Points to know:-

→ Every construction consists of three parts .

→ They are Rough diagram, Construction and Steps of construction.
