First draw an arc of 60 degree.
Bisect that arc and you will get 30 degree

Here are the steps:
1. Draw a line GH.
2. now with G as a centre and any radius, draw an Arc cutting the line at F.
3. Now with F as a centre and the same radius draw an Arc cutting the previously drawn at E.
4. Now with F and E as centres and the same radius draw two arcs cutting each other at A.
5. now join A and G at D.
6. Now with D and F as a centre and the same radius draw two arc cutting each other at B.
7. Now join B and G at C, to get the required 15°.
