Step-by-step explanation:

First draw a line of 10 cm and name it as A and B.

Next take radius 4 cm and draw an arc cutting on line AB .

This arc is called as the MAJOR ARC.

Name the point where the arc cuts the line AB as C.

Now from C without changing the radius cut  an arc upon the major arc .

Name this point as D .

Now from point A draw a line that crosses D extend the line a little further.

Now this line is drawn correctly upon the point 60° .

You can even check it using protractor.
