Construct an isosceles triangle ABC in which AB = BC = 5 cm and ∟B = 80°.​

First, Draw line segment AB of 5cm using compass.

Then measure an angle 80⁰ at B and draw a line segment from B which makes an angle 80⁰ with AB. Now using a compass which is adjusted to 5cm, draw an arc from B onto line from B such that it is at 5cm from B and mark the intersecting point as C.

Now join A and C.
