Procedure to construct angle is written below -

Make a horizontal line and name it AB.

Make an arc by compass at 4.5 cm and name this point C.

Join this arc C with AB.

You will get a perpendicular line on line AB.

Vertex angle given is 70°.

Thus perpendicular or altitude of triangle will divide angle C in two 35° angles.

Use protactor to calculate 35° angle and mark the point there.

Join C with AB with the help of this point on both sides of perpendicular.

Isosceles triangle with two equal sides is ready.
