Steps:
(1) Draw a line segment BC of 8 cm .
(2)draw a perpendicular bisector of BC
(3) Join AB and AC.
Thus, isosceles triangle ABC having base 8 cm and altitude 4cm is obtained
(4) Extend B to B1 ,B2 , B3 at equal distance .
(5)Join B2 to C and B3 to D.
(6)Join C to A and D to E.
Hence , triangle EBD is required triangle.
