5.Draw the perpendicular bisector of BQ and let it intersect PQ in A.

6. Join AB and AC. Thus, ΔABC is the required triangle.

Answer:

first draw a rough figure, then draw BC of length 4cm, then mark 5cm on compass. keep the needle of the compass on B and draw an arc. then with the same length keep the needle of the compass on C and cut another arc. The point where the two arcs cut will be the 'A'
