obtuse angle is more than 90degree and less than 180degree
suppose obtuse angle is A then its supplement will be = 180-A
then we have to construct the bisector of angle 180-A
eg-
if obtuse angle=120
its supplement will be=180-120=60
we have to draw bisector of angle 60
