Step-by-step explanation:

firstly draw a line pq of 10cm

then make 30° on P

then make 60° on Q

then where the both angle are cut each other name that point as X

then make a perpendicular bisector of PX

again make a perpendicular bisector of QX

where the bisector line of PX cut PQ name that point as Y

and where the bisector line of QX cut PQ name that point as Z

now join Y to X and Z to X

your triangle is ready

Given:

  • In triangle XYZ,angle Y = 30°,angle Z =90° and XY+YZ+ZX =10cm.

To Find:

  • To construct the ∆XYZ.

Solution:

Steps of construction:

1.Draw a line segment BC = XY + YZ + ZX (=10cm)

2.Make angle LBC = angle Y (30°) and angle MCB = angle Z (=90°).

3.Bisect angle LBC and angle MCB.Let these bisectors meet at a point X.

4.Draw perpendicular bisectors DE of XB and FG of XC.

5.Let DE intersect BC at Y and FG intersects BC at Z.

6.Join XY and XZ.

Then,XYZ is the required triangle.
