Let the fourth vertex be D.

AC is the diagonal of the quadrilateral. Thus it forms a triangle.

If we see the sum of the given angles, it is greater than 180°; hence the triangle i.e.,∆ABC, cannot be constructed, so the quadrilateral too cannot be constructed.
