We follow these steps to construct right angle triangle LMN .

Step 1 : Draw a line MN = 3 cm

Step 2 : Take radius ( Less than half of line MN ) and take centre " M " draw a semicircle that intersect our line MN at "P " . Now with same radius and centre " P " draw an arc that intersect our semicircle at " Q " . Again with same radius and centre " Q " draw an arc that intersect our semicircle at " R " . Now with same radius and centres " Q "and " R " draw arcs such that they intersect each other at " S " .

Step 3 : Join MS and extend it to " T " we get ray MT .

Step 4 : Take radius of 5 cm and centre" N " draw an arc that intersect our ray MT at " L " . Join LN. We get our required right angle triangle LMN
