Method:
1). Draw base QR = 4.1 cm
2). using compass or protractor, draw an angle of 60° w.r.t. QR at point Q.. draw a line say QS on that angle.
3) Cut line segment of 8.5 cm on QS
4). join S and R
5) using compass, draw perpendicular bisector of side SR
6) mark the intersection point of perpendicular bisector of SR and SQ as P
7) join PQ and PR
8) ∆ PQR is the desired ∆
