Answer:steps of construction:

  1. draw a line segment of any length (don't name it yet)
  2. make 105° angle of length 4.5 cm name it as IT (given in the question)
  3. now take that line IT on point "I" and draw another 105° degrees angle of 6 cm and name it as KI (given in the question)
  4. and now on line KI take point K and draw angle 60° and extend the line until it touches the not named line mentioned in STEP 1.
  5. name the not named line as TE.

and its done (please erase the extra line after construction)
