since diagonal is 7.2 cm then side of the square will be 7.2/√2=7.2×√2/2= 2.57 approxx,
since
side of the square = diagonal/√2,
okkk so now lets construct a square name ABCD.
drawn base AB = 2.57cm,
now taking A and B as a centre construct right angle PAB and QBA respectively and after construction the right angle cut an arc of 2.57 cm on PA and QB and take the intersection point as C and D after that just join C and D.
so you will get a square of 7.2 cm diagonal.....
