Answer:

draw a line AB with given cm

keep the point on Aand measure more than half of line AB

draw two arcs above the arc and below

do the same by keeping the point on B with same measure while kept on A and cut the two arcs

now join the centre of the arcs

♠︎ Take an arc of more than half distance (ex. 5 CM) and mark an arc from point A to both up and down of the segment.

♠︎Similarly, mark 2 arcs from point B up and down to the line segment.

♠︎ Join the line where the points/arc meet.

♠︎ The bisector will cut the line segment into its half at 90°.
