construct ∆XYZ if XY =7cm,m<XYZ =105° and m<YZX =40° also write steps of construction​

\dashrightarrow Steps :-

  • First, draw a line segment XY of 7 cm.
  • Next, take a protractor and keep it's mid-point on the point Y and draw a ray measuring 105°.
  • Again, take a protractor and keep it's mid-point on the point X and draw a ray measuring 35°.
  • Now, join both the rays at one point. If they don't meet, extend both rays. Name it as point Z.
  • Finally, the triangle is constructed.

\dashrightarrow Instruments used :-

  • Ruler :- The ruler is used to draw the line segments of accurate measurements and also the drawn lines should be correct and straight always.
  • Protractor :- The protractor is used to draw the rays of accurate measurements of degrees. It's also used to measure the angles given.

Note :-

Here, I've took the measurement of ∠x as 35°, because the sum of all the angles in a triangle always measures 180° through which we can find the value of ∠x.
