Here is your answer.

I give you steps you draw :-

1) Draw a line BY.

2) Take compass measure 6.5cm and take point B and draw an arc on line BY. Name point C.

3) At point B make angle of 60° and draw ray BY.

4) Take point B and draw an arc on ray BY of 11cm. Name point as M.

5) Join MC and draw a perpendicular of MC it cuts BM at point A.

6) Join AC.

∆ABC is required.
