ΔPQR is constructed & simialr triangle constructed (5/6th) of ΔPQR

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1 : Draw a line segment QR = 6 cm using ruler

Step 2 : Draw an angle of 60° at Q on QR using protector

Step 3 : Draw an angle of 45° at R on QR using protector such that it intersect angle drawn in step 2 at R

ΔPQR is constructed

to construct another triangle similar to Triangle PQR such that its sides are 5/6 th of of the corresponding sides of triangle PQR

Lets find 5/6 th of QR

and then repeat step 2 & 3

to find 5/6th of QR

Draw an acute angle at Q on QR

Take 6 points at equal distance one by one on angle drawn

JOin 6th point with R

Draw a line parallel to line drawn in last step such that it passes through 5th point & intersect QR at M

QM = (5/6) QR
