Answer:

Number of rooms in ground floor = 20

Number of rooms in 5th floor = 10

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that bricks for 1 room = 1500

the number of bricks used in ground floor =30,000

  number of rooms in ground floor = \frac{total bricks in 1st floor}{bricks for 1 room}=   \frac { 30000 }{1500} = 20

  bricks used in 1st floor = 27000

   number of rooms in 1st floor = \frac{27000}{1500} = 18

number of bricks used in 2nd floor = 24,000

   number of rooms in 2nd floor =  \frac{ 24000}{1500} =16

number sequence of rooms from ground to up = 20, 18, 16, ....

the rate of decreasing rooms per floor is 2

therefore number of rooms in 3rd floor = 14

number of rooms in 4th floor = 12

number of rooms in 5th floor = 10 rooms
