step 2 centering of P arc of 4cm and act of 6cm from R is drawn. where it meets name it Q.

step 3 opposite side of PR again arc of 5.5 CM from P and act of 5cm from R is drawn and name it S.

step 4 join all the points . this is our required quadrilateral.
