First you can draw a rough diagram as given above

1.Now first draw the line segment DC=8cm

2. Then measure 45 degree angle with a rounder ( to make this angle you have to first make 90 degree angle and then make 45 degree between 60 degree and 90 degree without disturbing the radius)

3. Now make a line on that angle and measure 10 cm on that line with scale and rounder. THIS WILL BE YOUR POINT B

4. Since in parallelogram sum of opp. Angles =180 degree so angle adc will be 180 - 45 = 135 ( you have to make it with a pratactor

5. Now in parallelogram opp. Sides are equal so make a line on previous angle and Measure 10 cm with scale and rounder. THIS WILL BE YOUR POINT A.

6. Join ABCD
