(a) Under weight and under measurement
the goods being sold in the market are sometimes not measured or weighed properly.
(b) Over pricing
the traders add charges that were nit mentioned before. They may also charge higher price than M.R.P.
(c)Adulteration and Impurity
in order to gain huge profit , traders mix other items in the food products such as water in milk, copper in gold etc.
(d) Selling sub-standard goods & defective goods
traders sell sub-standard goods or duplicate articles and make false claim about the durability and quality of these goods, Sometimes they sell defective goods like machines and home appliances , which are made up of low quality materials ignoring safety of consumers.
(e) False Information
sometimes the producers or the sellers mislead the consumers by giving false information through media or other sources to attract consumers ,
(f) Hoarding& Black Marketing
sometimes producers and traders hoard goods and create an artificial scarcity in the market and then sell those hoarded goods at higher price.
