The consumer protection in India is a myth since a lot of customers are very unhappy with the working of the customer forums in the country. They have not been able to live up to the benefits of the customers

The legislation under this Act contain a lot of benefits for the customers with a trial to be on fast pace. But in reality the forums have not been beneficial for the consumers.
