1) Right To Information: Consumers have a right to be informed about all the specifications of the product and on the basis of that can decide whether to buy it or not anf harmful effects it may have.

2) Right To Safety: Consumers have the right to be safe against all mishappenings towards them.

3) Right to Choice: Consumers can choose whether they want to continue to receive any service or not. The seller has no control on terms of negotiation and cannot deny any consumer a choice.

4) Right to seek Consumer Redressal: Consumers have the right to go to special consumer courts in case any violation of the above rights has occured and seek justice. They also have the right to compensation if they are harmed or dissatisfied with the product or service.
