Drinking alcohol despite ignoring the statutory warning which comes with a label fixed to the liquor bottle is showing the risks. As the warning goes, all alcoholic drinks whether it be of small volume or really large (such as malted spirit which contains 96% alcohol!!) carry a statutory warning- "Use of Alcohol is injurious to Health". Some might proceed without seeing that caution or some may not. So what are the effects of Drinking Alcohol on our body?

Alcohol brings about effects on health, psychological effects, social effects, brings change while driving, effects the family or society and it enhances by taking some drugs which modify the effect of alcohol.
Since it will be outside the character limit I will give a shorter explanation of these versions.

The effects on the health which brings all the diseases into one place: The alcoholic or one who succeeds drinking 30 ml against the recommended shot or volume, it brings about, 1) gastric disorders, 2) Acts as a depressant, 3) Arterial dilation or arteries will get dilated, 4) Consumes more energy for metabolism, 5) blood sugar level is reduced, 6) Neuritis is developed,
7) Resistance to diseases is reduced, 8) Babies are unhealthy in pregnant alcoholic, 9) Growth is delayed, 10) Fat is highly increased, 11) Kidneys functions are disturbed, 12) Breathing is prolonged, 13) Blood volume is decreased,
14) Wernicke's and Korsakoff's syndrome occur in which alcoholics get deficient of Thiamine (vitamin B1) leads to decreased mental function with double vision. 15) Neuropathy and Myopathy occur causing pain, 16) Sexual disfunctioning.

Psychological effects include, Antisocial behavior, Absenteeism and neglect of family.

Drinking and driving includes, 1) Driver has a erratic behavior, 2) Drunken drivers lose their alertness, 3) tunnel vision, 4) decreased reaction time, 5) blurred vision.

Alcoholism when mixed with drugs like, for example, Alcohol + Vallium gives a dramatic sedative effect.

Effects on family or society include, 1) Alcoholic drinks are costly, 2) Neglects the requirements of the family and may turn antisocial, 3) Loses moral and cultural values, ultimately effects children, 4) Higher tendency to pick up a quarrel, 5) Corrupt practices often done to buy alcohol, 6) Cheap alcohol does not only add to crimes but also effects hearing speech nerves and muscles, 7) Accidents of all types are linked to alcohol, 8) An alcoholic easily loses his interest on work and will either quit the job or maybe made to quit the job. An unemployed alcoholic becomes a big liability and a burden to society and family, 8) Diseases become more common, 9) Family having alcoholics are often shun by their relatives and friends, 10) Might perform unwanted acts in the public.
