hey buddy
here is your answer

since the difference of electro-negativity between H and F atom is more than the between H and Cl, HF is more ionic than HCl ( ionic character in HF is equal to 43% while then in HCl is a 17% ). it is a fact, as the ionic character increases the ease of release of H+ become more. but in aqueous medium HF is weak and HCL is a strong acid that is the proton release ability of HCL is in water is more than that of HF. this is because of fact that the Echoes medium of hydrogen fluoride h atom is bounded to 2 atom of H- 1 by covalent bond and other by hydrogen bond ( F-H----F ).
as atom is bounded by two F atom, H+ is not released to form h H3O+ ion hence HF in aqueous medium ionises slightly and therefore behaves as a weak acid.
on the other hand Cl atom being bigger size and comparatively less electronegative is unable to form such type of species. in aqueous solution it exist, exist as discrete molecule. as a result H+ ion are easily released from HCL and transformed to H2O to form H3O+ and hence HCL become a strong acid.
