Number Conversion
• The binary number system is the most important on in digital system as it is very easy to implement in circuitry
•The decimal system is important because it is universally used to represent quantity outside a digital system.
Now , Conversion of one system to another is ---
===============
1) Decimal to binary conversion :-
In this method the decimal number is divided by 2 and writing down the •remainder after each division .
the remainder are taken in reverse order to form the binary number .
example => covert 25 base 10 to binary number -
25÷2 = 12 + 1 remainder
12÷2 = 6 + 0 remainder
6÷2 = 3+0remainder
3÷2=1+1remainder
1÷2 = 0+remainder 1
hence, result is 25 bass 10= 10011 base 2
2)Binary to decimal conversion :-
In this case binary number is multiplied by its positional value where each binary digit carries a certain weight base
• in that each value is multiplied with the base and its power .
example =>
.
3)Decimal to octal conversion :-
in this method decimal number is multiplied by 8 and the carry is recorded in integer position .
the carry are written I down direction to obtained the required octal number .
Decimal to octal conversion examples
(24)10 = (30)8
(112)10 = (160)8
(2048)10 = (4000)8
4) Decimal to hexadecimal conversion:-
In this method , we divide the decimal number by 16 and write down the remainder after each division
•the remainder is reverse order form the octal number.
example => convert 6538 base 10 into hexadecimal
6538÷16 = 408+remainder 10
408÷16=25+remainder8
25÷16=1+remainder9
1÷16= 0+remainder 1
result= 198Abase16
hope it help you

HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER
i will give u hexadecimal conversion that the user not given to you
Hexadecimal conversion = in this method we divide the decimal number by 16 wrote down the remainder after each division ➗ the remainder is reverse order from the octal number.
For example = convert 6538 base 10 into hexadecimal
6538÷16 = 408+remainder 10
408÷16= 25+remainder 8
25÷16=1+remainder9
1÷16=0+remainder 1
