we know the banks keep only 15% of the total money deposited with them...
Let's see an example :-
100 person went to bank to submit Rs 100 each in a month...
Total money deposited = Rs 100 × 100 = Rs 10,000
Money kept by bank = 15 % of Rs 10,000
= Rs 1500
And rest of the money is sent to the main branch of bank...
Now, if every depositor went to withdraw money at the same time, bank will say that we don't have enough money, so come after some time... Because they don't have...
