HOW A SEARCH ENGINE WORKS??

The search engine use powerful programs called spider a web crawler,which keep on crawling on the web to catch any newly published Web pages or documents...

The documents send a web address are sent to the indexing software which stores the information of the webpage in a database...
it also prepares and index from it,so that the information can be retrieved very quickly from the database based on keywords...

when the user enters the keyword the the search software searches its database using the index and displays the matching documents or links to the user.....



Web Crawler : it indexes pages on Web servers, URLs, titles and document content are indexed....

Google  is an American multinational company founded by Se.rg.ey Br.in · Larry Page · Jonathan Wall on Sep 04 , 1998 .

Google company serves online services like Gmail ( mail services ) , Drive ( cloud - based services ) , Duo ( online video calls ) , Hangouts ( messenger based - services ) etc .
