Since the same wire is used to make the square and circle
Therefore, area of circle=area of square=196cm²
Now,
Area of the circle = 196cm²
πr²=196cm²
22/7×r²=196cm²
r²=196×7/22
r²=62.36cm²
r=√62.36cm²
r=7.9cm[approx]
It would be of immense help to give the rest part of the answer if u could please let me know about the path...
At least some diagram or any measurements...

Step-by-step explanation:
Area of the square = side² = 196 cm² = (14 cm)²
=> side length = 14 cm
Because,
The length of the wire used will remain the same,
Perimeter of the square = Circumference of the circle.
=> 2× Pi r = 4× 14 cm
=> r = 28/Pi cm
Area of the circle = Pi × r² = 28×28/Pi = 28×28/3.14
= 249.6 cm²
