Sarva siksha abhiyan is a program aimed at the universalization of elimentary education    ' in a time bound manner.' It is aimed to educate the students from age group of ^ years to 14 years. This program is also an attempt to provide an opportunity for improving human capabilities to all children through provision of communituy - owned education in a mission mode.
