Dr Radhakrishnan was the first person who was the vice president of India and also he was the second president of the India. This leader has given much contribution in the field of education and for his contribution he was awarded by many prizes. Due to Dr Radhakrishnan contribution to education the day of his birthday is celebrated as the teachers day in all over the country on 5th September. This is done because the students of Radhakrishnan asked him to give the allowance to celebrate his birthday than he asked to all the students that this day should celebrate as the teacher’s day. This day was for all the teachers who had given their contribution in field of education his contribution to the Indian nation will be memorable.
